Alannah Pugh’s practice is dedicated to employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, representing clients at all stages of the administrative proceedings.
Ms. Pugh has extensive experience preparing PERM applications in employment-based green card petitions before the Department of Labor.
She has filed numerous I-140 and I-485 applications in EB-2 and EB-3 categories before USCIS, as well as H-1B petitions across a wide range of occupations. Additionally, she is well-versed in various areas of immigration law, including but not limited to O-1 visas for aliens with extraordinary ability, E-1 treaty trader visas, E-2 treaty investor visas, L-1 intracompany transferee visas, and J-1 exchange visitor visas.

Mr. Osborne’s passion for immigration law was ignited during his time at American University’s Human Rights and Immigration Clinic. Witnessing the challenges faced by those seeking to migrate to the United States, he was inspired to make a difference. After completing law school in 2007, Mr. Osborne was selected as an Equal Justice Works Fellow, working in partnership with Legal Aid Service of Broward County and Women in Distress to provide legal assistance to immigrant victims of domestic violence, child abuse, and other violent crimes in obtaining lawful immigration status.
With extensive experience working for prominent law firms in Miami, Mr. Osborne has handled a diverse range of immigration cases, from employment-based visa petitions such as EB-1s, H-1Bs, L-1As, Es, and O-1s, to family-based immigration visa petitions and naturalizations. In 2022, he established his own practice to provide high-quality immigration legal services to individuals and businesses in the United States and worldwide.
